A. We are able to ship goods within the EU, Norway and Switzerland. For a delivery quote please create an account on our website, and add the items you require to your shopping basket, the online shop will automatically calculate the delivery costs. For larger orders we can usually arrange a palletised delivery, which is often more cost effective than numerous small parcels. If you have a large or bulky order please contact our sales office for a quote. If you are an EU-VAT registered company, or are purchasing from Norway or Switzerland and require an order with zero-rated VAT, please contact our sales office for a quotation.

We do not normally ship outside of the EU, Norway and Switzerland. If you would like to place an order from elsewhere in the world you will need to arrange your own freight forwarding from the UK.

If you are visiting the UK from elsewhere in the world you will still be required to pay full UK VAT at the current rate.
